Michael Christy

Michael brings to his work at TBD Solutions a passion for human-centered design with organizations. He believes that meaningful innovation begins with sincere curiosity—and that sustainable innovation is made up of intentional and iterative change. Michael has extensive leadership experience in behavioral health, victim services, Social Determinants of Health, and leveraging health information to improve care. He has led high-achieving, interdisciplinary teams and overseen large-scale change initiatives. He has also helped organizations plan strategic initiatives and implement change management strategies. Michael earned his MBA from the DeVos Graduate School at Northwood University. His interests include organizational development, strategic planning and execution, employee motivation and engagement, psychological safety, process improvement, and change management.

Myranda Green

Myranda holds a Bachelor’s degree in social work from Grand Valley State University and a Master’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University. She has extensive experience developing and managing crisis services systems, making her a vital member of our Clinical and Crisis Services team. Myranda also brings leadership skills and a passion for developing relationships to her consultant role.

Ramaswamy Srinivasan

With an undergraduate degree in Engineering and a Master’s in business administration, Srini began his career in information technology (IT) working on three different continents, before settling in Grand Rapids, Michigan in the late ’90s. Over the course of his  25+ year career, he has gained knowledge and experience in IT development, non-profit behavioral healthcare operations, leadership, project management, lobbying, and public relations. Srini is a proud student of life and strives to learn every day to improve the lives of everyone around him.

Remi Romanowski-Pfeiffer

At TBD Solutions Remi uses her passion for people, attention to detail, and inquisitive personality to help further understand a problem and potential solutions. She values centering and tuning into the perspectives of people served to support organizational strategy, as they are the most important stakeholder and should be at the nexus of strategic considerations. Remi’s areas of expertise include organizational assessments, policy analysis and development, process improvement, and thoughtful engagement of stakeholders in decision-making at every level.

Ross Buitendorp

Ross Buitendorp is a behavioral health leader with over 28 years of experience in the public system. He has a strong commitment to building relationships and partnerships with providers, local government leaders, and the greater community. Ross has helped find solutions for individuals who have co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders while creating service systems that ensure access to the full continuum of care. His knowledge of public funding, services, and programs has resulted in implementation of community and jail-based programs that aim to address social determinates of health, divert individuals from jail, provide medication assisted treatment in community and correctional settings, deliver supportive housing, and implement crisis substance use disorder services. Ross understands that solving complex community issues takes system understanding, partnership, and unique solutions for each community.

Samantha Kohtz

Samantha’s aptitude for data analysis and strong interpersonal communication skills make her an asset as an Analyst. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Bioinformatics and a Master’s in Data Science from Michigan Technological University. Alongside her graduate-level education, Sam has experience with creating predictive models, and possesses knowledge about the principles of machine learning. Her background in healthcare data has given her the unique opportunity to analyze population health information, physician evaluations, lab tests, and emergency department data.

Sandy Kerrigan

Sandy supports TBD Solutions consultants with an exceptional eye for design and adept organizational skills. From her early years working in her father’s print shop, she applied her aptitude for precision in developing high-quality products by attending to fine details. Sandy also spent over a decade in administrative engagement and management where she played a vital role in growing a manufacturing company from one small location in Grand Rapids to seven locations across the Midwest.  Now she leverages the same dedication to excellence in providing project support and creating products for the TBD Solutions team.

Tamera Collier

Tamera Collier is a seasoned leader whose expertise is finding solutions. For more than 35 years, she has dedicated her career to designing, developing, and operating cutting edge programs for people living with mental illness, developmental disabilities, and co-occurring disorders. While state hospitals were closing, she was on the forefront of innovation to serve people in their communities of choice. Many of the programs Tamera designed were unprecedented in the markets where they were located, to include aiding violent offenders with mental illness, designing autism outpatient services, and leading integration of physical and behavioral healthcare services for older adults. As the chief executive in organizations she’s led, Tamera developed high performing business models with proven success, operating at less than 3% margin of a $22 million plus budget. She is not afraid to ask the tough questions and is highly sought after to solve the most intricate problems in community healthcare.

Tess Parker

Tess brings diverse experiences as a clinical therapist and facilitator. As a former director at a large behavioral health provider, she leverages her Master of Social Work from the University of Denver in a career dedicated to serving individuals experiencing mental health emergencies in both outpatient, and residential settings. Tess believes authenticity and vulnerability are at the core of human connection, and this belief is the foundation of her clinical and consultative approach. Tess has an uncanny ability to strategically identify critical gaps in care and then create programs to bridge those gaps and truly save lives. She is also an avid writer, a minimalist at heart, and values meaningful connections with persons served, customers, and her community.

Tori Miller

As a project specialist, Tori displays strong attention to detail and a purposeful approach when connecting with professional organizations and groups of people. Leveraging her education in English and an extensive writing background, she is an effective communicator that always envisions creative solutions. Her interest in healthcare stems from her passion to help others and from her minor in medicine specifically focused on understanding social determinants of health. Tori provides a fresh framework for assisting organizations, providing project support, and implementing meaningful contributions to improve communities.
