Claudia Vredeveld

Claudia is motivated to improve health outcomes for people of all needs and abilities. Utilizing her master’s degree in population health, she finds meaning in analyzing population data and developing clear data visualizations to illustrate complex problems. Claudia manages and supports various projects dedicated to meeting Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) standards through readiness assessment, grant writing, evaluation, process improvement, and implementation support. As a project manager, Claudia communicates with stakeholders at both the technical and executive levels within the client’s organization.
