Ross has a strong commitment to building relationships and partnerships with providers, local government leaders, and the greater community. Through decades of experience as a behavioral health leader in the public health system, he has effectively leveraged his program and funding expertise to implement Medications for Opioid Use Disorders (MOUD) within county jails, community-based treatment programs, and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs). Motivated by finding solutions for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, Ross has developed service systems that ensure access to a full continuum of care. He understands that solving complex community issues requires system understanding, partnership, and unique solutions for each community.
